THE POSITION This position, reporting to the Community Development Director, oversees site disturbance permits, reviews storm water control, landscape grading, and erosion control for subdivisions and permits, coordinates with various agencies, conducts field inspections, evaluates development proposals, supervises planning staff, works on weekends and holidays as needed, and handles private information responsibly. It also performs additional tasks assigned by the Community Development Director.
