Qualifications

• MLA or BLA with relevant professional experience.
• Graphic proficiency using AutoCAD, Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Other software tools such as ArcGIS and 3D rendering are appreciated.
• Research and writing skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong comprehension and production skills for various deliverables and audiences (in-depth planning studies to construction documents).
• Adaptable communication with colleagues, project team members, and clients.
• Motivation and positive attitude while balancing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to be based out of the greater Burlington, VT area, or our second office in Norwalk, CT, and occasionally travel to nation-wide project locations.
• Background in historic preservation/conservation of landscapes, preferred.
• Other useful skillsets from fields such as construction, ecology, sustainability, horticulture, anthropology, history, architecture, graphic design, and languages are welcome.
• Flexibility and teamwork to achieve award winning results.
