Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Landscape Architect. The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently manage the entire design process for both small and large-scale landscape construction projects. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the industry, including best practices in planting, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and hardscape construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the design process. This includes defining scope of work, design timelines, & presentations of designs.
• Must have the ability to measure and take site inventory to create accurate base plans.
• Create unique conceptual designs for client presentations.
• Produce landscape & hardscape construction plans for building.
• Experience in creating takeoffs for estimating.
• Direct communication with Sales Associates and Project Managers for sales pipeline.
• Work with our installation departments through the implementation of the project in all phases.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Architect.
• Proficient in design and AutoCad with ability to learn Land F/X.
• Thorough knowledge of zone 8 & 9 plant material.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive knowledge of horticulture & landscape construction.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential and commercial landscape design with a proven track record of success.
