Laundry Manager - Healthcare manages the daily operations of a laundry services department for a healthcare facility. Assigns and reviews the work of a laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering laundry to various departments. - Maintain washers and dryers in a careful manner and report any problems.
- Clean machines and lint screens as often as needed or with each cycle
- Know the washer and dryer manufacturer information and be ready to assist laundromat manager with scheduling of repairs.
- Clean the laundromat continuously throughout the day, mop, sweep and keep office clean and organized.
- Routinely empty waste baskets throughout the laundromat
- Routinely cleanup any water spills
- Help customers using the machines, or with any issue.
- Help with the "Wash, Dry, Fold" drop off service.
- Light to medium facility and machine maintenance
