Lawn Service Manager jobs in the United States

• Manage all service departments within the branch to include: Lawn, Shrub and General Household Pest Control.
• Develop strong relationships within the company and with the clients
• Hire, train, develop and counsel employees
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure goals are met and exceeded
• Accurately track financials and branch performance
• Implement and enforce 5 Stars company policies and procedures
• Conduct safety program training, compliance and documentation
• Manage all lawn, pest, and sales technicians
• Perform weekly training meetings
• Perform irrigation inspections for lawn customers.
• Attempting to reduce, prevent, or eliminate cancellations of service
• Perform Weekly Truck Inspections & Inventories for all vehicles.
• Assist in adding any new information to Policies & Procedures
• Produce & Maintain growth in all areas (Lawn, Shrub, & Pest Control )
• Company Vehicle
• Assist in Inventory Control
• And other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
