Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager. This opportunity consists of servicing lawn clients in Minnetonka and surrounding areas for the 2024 season. We have served a number of these customers for 15 years.
Typical work includes mowing, spring & fall cleanups, and various landscaping jobs and projects as desired. Season typically begins in April and goes until mid-November.
The ideal candidate will have prior lawn care experience, a strong work ethic, be trustworthy, and customer focused.
Subcontractor will need to provide own equipment, vehicle, etc for completion of jobs.
