Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager. Responsibilities of a Service Technician:- Our Lawn Service Technicians take pride in keeping our clients’ lawns healthy, green, and free of weeds.
- Diagnosing lawn care issues
- Spraying or applying granular applications to lawns
- Offering excellent customer service
Benefits:- Hourly pay of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Required Qualifications- Bachelors Degree - preferred but not required
- TN Certification in Category 3 - preferred but not required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate and repair machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record
TN Certification: We operate in both TN and MS. Service Technicians are required to be certified by the TN Department of
Agriculture. If you do no have your TN Certification in Category 03 You will need to pass the Applicator certification test. We can help prepare you for the test and and we pay for the exam!
