Summary of Work:

This is a job for someone who is looking to dedicate themselves to creating the ideal workplace. It will be a journey of problem solving and learning better ways to communicate. Some days will be long and everyday will be different. You will need to be capable of adapting to the ever changing flow of business. Some days you will work beside your employees and others you may work alone. Some Days will be outside with more intense labor while others may require you to be indoors in front of a computer.

Principle Tasks:

• Use of various small engine equipment

• Driving Truck and trailer combination

• Working with employees

• Working with spreadsheets

• Utilizing and updating software

• Scheduling

• Giving estimates

Requirements:

Class D or higher driver's license.

Requires a complete background check including criminal, motor vehicle record and drug testing.

Experience:

Lawn service experience is a plus. Customer service is a plus. Mechanical skill is a plus. Ability to drive a truck and trailer combination is a plus. Management experience is a plus.

The Manager must possess the following:

• Ability to walk around for most of the day

• Ability to maintain records.

• Ability to interact with customers.

• The ability to work well independently & with others.

• Computer savvy

• Capable of completing small repairs on equipment

• Open minded

Physical Demands:

Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds required. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
