Coordinates subcontractor scheduling and resolve day to day issues.
Directly supervises workers on construction or installation projects.
Ensures work conforms to standards, plans, and schedules and that all safety policies and procedures are enforced.
Monitors the productivity of workers and the quality of work performed.
Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
In addition, may produce daily time and labor reports.
Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
