Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes. Being a Lean Manufacturing Specialist employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Specialist also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lean Manufacturing Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. - Assist in customer support; managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Support marketing and sales team’s efforts.
- Assisting in developing and delivering regular and customized training to customers or internal teams
- Proficiency in computer skills, inclusive of but not restricted to Microsoft word and Excel
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support
- Experience in field deployment of products
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with all members of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Willingness to travel to select tradeshows
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
