Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. Additionally, Leasing Consultant, Sr. typically reports to a manager. The Leasing Consultant, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. - Promote unoccupied apartments through various media and advertising techniques
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validate application information and references
- Keep abreast of the property market status
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Skills
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
