The Clinical Law Program at the UNM School of Law is a law firm where program faculty train law students in basic lawyering skills through the representation of real-world clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Legal Records Administrator to join our admin support team. The Legal Records Administrator oversees the firm's electronic and physical client files through their lifecycle and is responsible for managing the external archiving/records retrieval process. As the Legal Records Administrator, you will assist clinical law students and faculty with file maintenance procedures. This position also shares responsibility with staff to provide general clerical and receptionist duties. The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
