Analytic Acquisitions is hiring a Records Clark to support the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office (NVSO). The services to be performed will assist the BLM in daily administrative and technical services. Personnel will assist with the preparation of Calc lists and filing of annual maintenance fee filings. May assist with other filings from the adjudicators. Calc lists are used to update the official records (the physical files) of mining claims or sites. It provides a description of the lead files that the action pertains to, the action taken, the amount of money submitted by the customer, the date of receipt, the date of processing, and any pertinent case notes. A calc list allows work to be processed in an expeditious and organized manner, and to locate appropriate files related to a record or request. Work is performed onsite 8 hours per day.
