- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette

- Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

- Coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively

- Assist in contract preparation and review

- Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus

- Proficiency in using document management systems

- Knowledge of legal research tools

- Excellent clerical abilities
