Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Programmer/Set-up/Operator. The Programmer/Set-up/Operator will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to computer science, back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The role requires working with the latest technology and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
1. Lathe Programmer: The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Solidworks and MasterCam. A working knowledge of CMM and mill program is a plus.
2. Senior Lathe Set-up: The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience on the lathe. They should be well-versed in inspection hand tools, surface plates, reading blueprints, and editing programs. A working knowledge of CMM is a plus.
3. Horizontal/Mill programmer/set-up: The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming and set-up for Horizontal/Mill machines. They must have experience with MasterCam/SolidWorks and possess good skills with inspection hand tools, surface plates, and reading blueprints. Proficiency in editing programs is essential. A working knowledge of CMM is a plus.
4. Operator Mill/Lathe: The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of machining experience in mill or lathe and be able to inspect and run tight tolerances.
