Job Summary

JELD-WEN Bend Millwork has current opportunities for experienced CNC Operators. We are looking for hard working, flexible, team-oriented associates that can help us convert CAD drawings to Window and Door Parts. You will be taught our business and equipment- just bring your technical skills.

Fully qualified CNC Operators can make up to $26.50/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate CNC Grinding machine to make tooling for wood moulders
• Competent with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, scales and prints
• Has verifiable work history with CAD and GCode
• Be knowledgeable of safe work practices and work safely.
• Be dependable and reliable to ensure quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good attendance, strong work ethic
• Knowledge of wood moulders helpful
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to be part of a team
• Must be available for overtime including weekends as needed
• In order to ensure a safe working environment, a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
