Key Attributes and Duties of a LPN:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, and report any changes to the charge nurse or supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Support a safe and clean environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Utah.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality care.
