Job Description

McCollister's Global Services is looking to hire a full time Asset Licensing Clerk to work at our Burlington NJ headquarters.

Position

Asset/Licensing Clerk

Overview

Reports to VP of Maintenance

Asset/Licensing Clerk Responsibilities:

• Maintain Company Asset list and files
• Update vehicle information in Fleet Software as needed
• Prepare Asset reports as needed for budgeting and replacement purposes
• Ensure all paperwork is complete in order to receive particular registrations and titles
• Prepare applications and payments for registrations and titles
• Present proper paperwork to NJMVC in order to ensure vehicle registrations and titles are kept active and current
• Maintain records of applications received and licenses issued
• Other Duties as needed
  
  

Asset/Licensing Clerk Requirements:

• Minimum of high school diploma required
• Experience in processing Registrations and titles
• General customer service experience
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills
  
  

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
