Linen Room Attendant jobs in Delaware
Linen Room Attendant ensures the delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to clients. Duties include sorting, assembling, and wrapping linen packs and restocking as needed. Being a Linen Room Attendant tracks linen usage and provides clean linens as requested. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Linen Room Attendant typically reports to a supervisor. The Linen Room Attendant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Description
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Education/Experience Requirements- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Some work experience in related field preferred.
- Some hospitality experience preferred.
