Linen Room Attendant ensures the delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to clients. Duties include sorting, assembling, and wrapping linen packs and restocking as needed. Being a Linen Room Attendant tracks linen usage and provides clean linens as requested. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Linen Room Attendant typically reports to a supervisor. The Linen Room Attendant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Linen Attendant to join our team. As the Linen Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the washing, drying and organizational folding of our linens
- If you have cleaning experience you may be asked to assit in cleaning operations
- If you have inspection experience you may be asked to assist in inspecting units behind our cleaners
- With growth oppertunities you may be asked to assist in normal operations. Responding to guest inquiries, answering phone calls and etc...
Experience:
- Previous experience in a property management setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Ability to launder and clean linens effectively
- Knowledge of dry cleaning procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
