Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and assisting with drafting pleadings and motions. The role will require working closely with attorneys and other staff members to support the litigation process.

• Experience with preparing demand letters and demand packages is a plus.
• Personal injury experience is required.
• Litigation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
• Ability to conduct effective legal research
• Experience with drafting pleadings and motions
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal software and research tools
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
