Position Overview:
We seek a motivated Litigation Associate with 0-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and research skills, and a commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in all litigation phases, from case inception to trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Alaska State Bar, or eligibility for admission.
- 0-3 years’ experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience. Base salary for a licensed attorney with 0-3 years’ experience is $90,090.00 to $104,832.00.
- Significant opportunity to bonus based on hours exceeding the 1200 minimum. For example, an attorney with 0 years of experience who bills 1800 qualified hours will earn a bonus of $67,801.50.
