Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. This position is responsible for providing support to the Environmental Court attorneys. This position collaborates with attorneys and paralegals in Environmental Court as well as the Marion County Public Health Department Bureau of Environmental Health and staff of the Marion County Superior Courts.
