Litigation Support Specialist jobs in Georgia

Support Services Group Inc. is hiring a Office Support Specilist with hospitality operations experience.

The position is Temporary to Full Time Monday – Friday .

Job Requirements:

Bookkeeping is an essential requirement. You will be responsible for invoicing, generating billing statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciling. Experience in the food service or hospitality Industry would be ideal. Qualified applicants will have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

· Able to multi-task

· Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

· Contract documents to include certificate of insurance, lien waivers, certified payroll and familiar with AIA documents.

. Microsoft 365 experience ( word, excel, power point, outlook)

· Coordinate payroll through third party payroll company

· Prepare client invoices

· Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

· Ability to think outside the box with solutions to common offices challenges.

· Monthly reconciliation of accounts (bank and credit card) in a timely manner

· Customer Services Duties

· Prepare cost reports for projects

· Experience in basic H.R. support, such as all required paperwork, including W-9’s

· Mail, licensing, recertification, compliance documents and insurance renewal and audit

·· Ordering and maintaining office supplies

· Printing, copying, and document distribution

· Ability to self-manage and prioritize

· Attention to detail

Must have experience in relating with and working with strong personalities, common in the construction fields.

Must work well with others

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Pay: $11.00- $15.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
