Loan Workout Manager jobs in Arkansas
Loan Workout Manager directs and manages a team of professionals in restructuring commercial loans. Works with lending personnel and borrowers to better secure collateral and/or assets of the borrower. Being a Loan Workout Manager is responsible for collecting potential loans that are viable. Develops programs and manages strategies to reach performance goals. Additionally, Loan Workout Manager provides guidance and oversight on high complexity or challenging loans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Loan Workout Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Loan Workout Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. - Member referrals, marketing, community outreach, club tours and anything else necessary to achieve new member enrollment goals.
- Convert at least 70% of incoming telephone inquiries to appointments for club tours.
- Enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects.
- Schedule at least 60% of all new members for a Complimentary Success Session with appropriate Fitness Department staff.
- Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
- Ensure the club is maintained immaculately.
- Oversee the retention strategy and systems.
- Manage a successful Team. The GM will oversee the part-time & full-time front desk employees.
- Ensure all Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and Monthly responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Ability to consistently generate new club memberships by contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from the current membership base, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.
- Ability to quickly identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands, including club cleanliness.
- Ability to train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
