Job Description
The main function of this position is grading rice and all grain using FGIS and Riceland Standard Procedures. Maintain and clean all grading equipment.
Job Duties
Standardized grading, math computations, housekeeping, general utility, and flexible work hours and workstations, and perform other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Mental Abilities : Must be able to handle some stress and get along with fellow employees.
Must be at work on time and not have many absentees.
Special Skills Requirements : Some computer knowledge, and be able to learn how to use a sample probe, moisture machine, and all equipment used in grain grading.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED plus specialized training and / or additional college courses and two years of related experience and / or training;
and a minimum of 1-6 months of experience.
