**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Grader to join our construction team. The Grader will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to grade and level the earth at construction sites. **Duties:** - Operate grader equipment to ensure surfaces are properly graded according to blueprints and specifications. - Collaborate with the construction team to determine the best approach for grading tasks. - Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed. - Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times. **Requirements:** - Experience operating heavy machinery such as graders, bulldozers, dump trucks, and water trucks. - Proficiency in grading, paving, building, digging, and bulldozing at construction sites. - Commercial driver's license with experience in tanker operations is preferred. - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues on-site. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions closely. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
