Position Overview

Key inventory and logistics support role to manage, distribute, and coordinate material throughout the facility to assist Operations. May work in multiple functional areas and utilize a variety of computer programs to complete tasks. Role and responsibilities will frequently involve the tracking and data collection of material and product movement within and outside the primary business operations settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory management of raw components, packaging materials, and personal protective equipment.
• Inputting and recording supply requisition data through Microsoft GP Dynamics, With Out Wire, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Schedule and monitor inbound shipments, and supply deliveries
• Collect and maintain all inbound shipment records
• Issuance, inspection, and maintenance of pallet tagging system
• Perform and assist with physical inventories
• Distribute, organize, and maintain supplies
• Audit/verify shipments for correct items and quantity received
• Pick supplies and transport to specified areas using a pallet jack
• Prepare and pack outbound orders

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• At least 1 year of distribution/warehouse environment experience is preferred.
• Intermediate level computer user proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Ability to perform standing work for a full shift
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds on a regular and ongoing basis
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
