JOB SUMMARY
Performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties for the training team, records and file maintenance, document creation.
Flexible schedule : mainly on 1st - 6 : 30am - 2 : 30pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present or facilitate training opportunities using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises,group discussions, videos and lectures
- Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills
- Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors
- Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs
- Inform management of training program status
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Ability to read / write and interpret documents.
- Warehouse experience.
- Logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Requires lifting / lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
- Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
