This position will present the exciting challenge of overseeing and developing our team of Business Development Representatives while assisting in bringing on new business. The Director of Sales position requires an individual who finds satisfaction through building up others and offering open feedback with a constant desire to improve! Job Requirements: Is This You?

• Interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• 3 years’ transportation or logistics experience required, preferably in freight brokerage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in leadership or management role preferred.
• Degree preferred.
