Machine Shop Production Supervisor jobs in Delaware
Machine Shop Production Supervisor oversees personnel in charge of operating machines that perform a variety of processing operations. Supervises assembly operations such as filing, aligning, fitting, and scraping of parts to ensure established requirements and standards are met. Being a Machine Shop Production Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support our construction projects and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
