Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. As a Data Center/ Server Administrator , you will:
* Deployment and Support:
o Deploy, configure, and test MS-owned devices; collaborate on partner device support.
o Perform daily checks to ensure equipment readiness and reset.
o Report on operational health of onsite environments.
o Provide technical support during MS customer engagements.
o Implement and support Content Management Systems (e.g., Stratos, FourWinds).
* Operational Alignment:
o Align support and documentation with IES Playbook/processes.
o Triage AV-related technical issues; collaborate with AV vendors to resolve problems.

Audio and Video support
* AV Systems Support:
o First-line response and triage for AV systems.
o Coordinate with AV support teams and suppliers.
o Provide on-site technical support for events.
