Description
Responsible for the support, maintenance and development of applications using Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Linux, APEX, etc. to support automated contract writing tools that interface with other US Government procurement and financial systems while providing a standardized method that is used in the preparation, recording, processing and maintaining of all contractual instruments for the customer. Provide Tier Zero and Tier One resolution for associated systems/users within the enterprise and ensuring system availability across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for Oracle application code development and maintenance (packages, procedures, triggers, reports, forms, interfaces, workflows etc.), implementation, performance tuning, and data cleansing and migration.
· Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the project development initiatives.
· PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle stored procedures, functions and packages, BASH Scripting, TOAD.
· Works with management to develop database strategies to support organization requirements.
· Consults with and advises users on access to various databases.
· Works directly with team to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage.
· Create monthly reports utilizing PL/SQL.
· Assist in development of Oracle Application Express (APEX) projects.
· Identifying areas for improvement with the infrastructure.
· Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, business stakeholders, and clients using various techniques.
· Other duties as assigned.
