ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-oriented, team-focused and mission-driven professional to join our core team as Director, Managed Care Growth. The Director of Managed Care growth will be a trusted partner to the Head of Growth to develop and drive high-Impact strategies to grow our at-risk patient base.
Our ideal candidate will bring skill, tenacity and passion to play an instrumental role to strengthen the company's business strategy and execution against critical priorities and plans to grow and scale. This role is based in Western North Carolina (our clinics are clustered around Asheville, NC), but we will consider remote candidates who are able to spend at least 50% of their time in Western North Carolina.
Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Strategic partner to Head of Growth and executive team in developing company strategy for managed care growth, payer attribution, and patient retention
- Oversight and accountability for managed care growth, payer attribution, and patient retention for our Western North Carolina clinics
- Lead, manage, and develop our Patient Relations Managers, building a performance driven team and a collaborative environment
- Develop and roll-out trainings for Patient Relations Managers
- Grow Patient Relations Manager team as we continue to expand clinic footprint in Western North Carolina
- Design and establish tools and workflows that improve the Medicare attribution program and managed care growth process
- Establish and maintain relationships with Medicare brokers in Western North Carolina, creating processes to evaluate relationship performance
- Work closely with other departments to develop and execute programming during Medicare enrollment periods and integrate new initiatives into clinic operations
- Oversee CRM workflows, internal reporting, and payer reporting to monitor program performance, track attribution, and assess service quality, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Continuously assess and refine program strategies based on detailed performance metrics and patient feedback, ensuring the program adapts to changing needs and maximizes effectiveness

ABOUT YOU
You’ll be a great fit for this position if you have 6 years of combined experience in a Medicare support, attribution, or patient services role and 3 years managing teams. You also have a proven track record demonstrating:
- Success in building and driving results in a high-growth, fast-paced organization, managing to success through scale and change
- Strength in execution, a drive for results and a commitment to excellence, accountability and follow-through using robust organizational skills, program management, collaboration and communication
- Strategic thinking, including the ability to develop robust insights from various sources, grounded in data and objective analysis, with the ability to make concrete recommendations and outline clear action steps to enable results.
