Managed Care Marketing Manager jobs in New Jersey

MBS is looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, and driven person to join this team. This person's main role is to ensure our current base of accounts knows and trusts this person to come to them for any and every issue they may have. This person will make certain each and every client in our base feels like they are our #1 client and we would drop anything in a second to guarantee white glove service.

Responsibilities:

• Making calls post service call or installation, asking client how we did and finding ways to improve. Asking for Google Review if it seems appropriate.
• Ensuring personal client information is filled in and correct in SalesForce (i.e. birthdays, work anniversaries, kids going to college, hobbies, etc.)
• Coordinating with our Marketing Department on internal base touches focusing on educating and client training or pertinent events.
• Finding ways our clients can help each other (i.e. board members, legal help, etc.).
• When engaging with a client, using SalesForce to see what types of contracts the client doesn’t yet have and push for an appointment with their sales rep.
• Ensuring each client is touched regularly (specific numbers will be agreed upon together with the team).
• Helping with client-centric events such as galas, fundraisers, etc.
