Primary Function:
Primarily responsible for reviewing and aiding in the development and negotiation of contracts and contract changes.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or like degree and a minimum of five years related experience.
Experience with contract negotiation and FAR/DFAR requirements.
Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Suite.
Experience with preparation, review, and negotiation of various company contracts.
Familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.

The manufacturing environment is typical of that type of setting – employees may be exposed to inclement weather, loud noises, tripping hazards; and there may be exposure to sparks, welding arc, open flame, and moving equipment.
