Job Description: The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following: Claims processing and service contract support (primary) Receive, organize, and review service contract claims Approve payments for network and non-network claims Phone support (primary) Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I offices Handle customer complaints and other inquiries Reporting and analysis (secondary) Report monthly claims data to appropriate departments Analyze claims data for trends and controls Participate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed Other tasks as assigned Ken Garff is an equal opportunity employer without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
