Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Scandia Manufacturing/ Am-Finn in Boise, ID. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing strategies for growth, and leading a team of approximately 30employees. Candidate will work closely with the CFO. Being a small company, this is a player/coach position. Ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing, product development, and sales and marketing. Candidate must have a strong passion for business process automation and managing via metrics. As a player/coach, the candidate must be a high-energy, fast-paced multi-tasker.

Base compensation will be $150K/annually with a profit-based bonus opportunity up to $100K. Candidate will report monthly to the owners and CFO. Company does have a high-end corporate apartment available to assist if candidate must relocate.
