Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking to make a positive impact? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Professional 2 to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the US or from our Miami, FL office.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute internet marketing strategies to promote products, brands, and services online through channels such as email, search engines, social media, display, and mobile advertising.
Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor online traffic analytics and implement actions to enhance marketing campaign performance.
Identify Trends: Recognize online marketing trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign outcomes.
Create Engaging Content: Develop e-marketing content including e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, and social media posts.
What You Need to Succeed
Detail-Oriented: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps in data and provide reporting solutions.
Preferred Work Location
While we prefer candidates based in Miami, FL for in-person collaboration, we are open to 100% remote work for the right candidate.
Use Your Skills to Make an Impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a similar field.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising tools such as DoubleClick for Advertisers, Omniture, Adobe or Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Passion for enhancing consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Located in Miami, FL.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or information technology.
Experience in the health insurance industry or at an ad agency.
Expertise in paid search, display, and paid social marketing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages.
Additional Information for Bilingual Candidates
Candidates who speak with members in languages other than English must pass a language proficiency assessment provided by an outside vendor.
Remote Work Requirements
To Ensure Effective Remote Work, Employees Must Have
Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
For employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota, a bi-weekly internet expense payment is provided.

Compensation
The base pay range for this full-time (40 hours per week) position is $57,700 - $79,500 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
