TFC Marketing is expanding and we are seeking the following position:

E-commerce Marketing Manager

We grow online businesses and we need strong E-commerce Marketing Managers to handle accounts - executing strategies that are determined by the leadership team and the clients. Attention to details and deadlines are a MUST. This position will lead into an Account Director role within the company managing multiple accounts. 

E-commerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all client communication and account activity acting as a client liaison to ensure accounts are growing month to month in their respective services
• Coordinate and execute social campaigns that correspond with the client's marketing strategy.
• Manage day-to-day communications between our team, our vendors, and any individuals in between.
• Manage Account Executives, Coordinators and Marketing Interns to outline and complete projects.
• Schedule all necessary meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, debriefs, and deliverable reviews.

Skills/Experience:

• Be a relentless problem solver, constantly assessing and resolving challenges for the client and your colleagues.
• Experience in E- Commerce
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience 
• Experience working on social and digital campaigns.
• Experience knowing or growing social media trends and accounts. 
• Ability to inspire teammates towards completion of a specific project.
• A limitless curiosity and knowledge about all things social, web, and mobile.
• Ability to write with a strong voice, without typo or delay.
• An interest and comfortability for public speaking.
