Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Marketing I.S. Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. - Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
