Rain Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Rain Digital Marketing team in Noblesville, IN. This is a position that requires 2-4 years of experience. You will be working with an experienced team of digital marketers, video content producers and account managers.

Under the Rain Corporation umbrella includes Rain Engineering (raineng.com) and Rain Digital (raindigital.com). Rain Digital is a growing marketing agency providing comprehensive digital marketing plans to grow and scale small businesses.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist needs to be highly proficient in writing, editing, and placing effective and consistent content across our client websites, social media networks, blogs, email marketing and sales funnel campaigns. This is a highly collaborative position, and you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and CEO of Rain Corporation.

Specific duties include:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events

• Create, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Create and manage sales funnels using Story Brand methodology (training available).

• Develop and track digital marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.

• Maintain regular communication with multiple clients.

• Research and develop relevant topics for website and social media.

• Write, update, and edit website and blog copy while incorporating on-page, local and technical SEO.

• Edit, update, optimize and manage client websites in WordPress.

• Collaborate with in-house videographer to create video content.

• Complete client monthly reports via Google Data Studio.

Job Requirements

• Four-year degree, BA preferred.

• 2-4 years industry experience.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Skilled in writing and conducting online SEO optimization.

• Plan, implement and assess conversion rate optimization strategies.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Products.

• Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.

• Great attitude and enjoy working with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
