Job Description:
Phase 3 is searching for a Media Supervisor to join our team in Atlanta. As the Media Supervisor you will help create paid media solutions that drive business results for our clients; lead the implementation and management of omnichannel media campaigns and collaborate with Agency leadership to elevate and grow the media discipline within our company.
This is a supervisory position, which emphasizes strategic leadership, mentorship of media associates, and flawless execution, with an opportunity for growth and leadership within one of the country’s leading marketing services firms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy – Work with strategists and creatives to align on targeting, messaging and CTAs for respective campaigns.
- Plan & Optimize Campaigns – Develop and present media plan recommendations, monthly performance reporting and optimizations to key clients.
- Manage Media – Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, from campaign set-up to reporting and optimization.
- Digital Marketing – Lead paid strategies on a variety of platforms.
- Manage Media Vendors – Maintain relationships with media vendors to stay abreast of emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate and Present – Work closely with colleagues throughout the agency for key projects/clients, providing paid media perspectives and representing the interests of media team. Partner with sales teammates to identify and pitch paid media services to existing clients for organic growth. Confidently present media plans and recommendations to clients and new business prospects.
- Subject Matter Expert – Become the subject matter expert for the company specific to digital marketing trends, research and best practices as they relate to marketing programs and channels.
- Mentor Team Members – Manage and grow junior team members, currently a team of three.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5 years of Digital Media Buying/Planning experience with Paid Search, Performance Max, Programmatic, Paid Social, Video, etc. (Agency experience preferred).
- Thorough, hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing performance media campaigns in Paid Social (Meta, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok), SEM (Google, Microsoft Ads), as well as traditional channels and platforms.
- Consistent and proven track record with performance campaign buildouts, targeting & audience segmentation strategies, campaign ramp-up and expansion, budget growth, revenue scaling, and conversion optimization, focused on ROI.
- Strong analytical capability in data analysis with fundamental knowledge/experience with web analytics, data visualization, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Supervisory experience either directly or indirectly overseeing the organization and work of another employee.
- Resourceful and able to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture
- Excellent organizational/written/oral communication skills.
