Material Coordinator jobs in Texas

We are seeking a highly experienced Material Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with SAP and a strong background in chemicals warehousing. This role involves coordinating materials from the vendor to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to the field, ensuring accurate and timely movements in SAP, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate materials from the vendor to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the field via Goods Receipt/Goods Issues.
• Manage physical capacity within the yard and maintain communication with vendors and logistics team members.
• Ensure chemicals are transferred into the correct vessels per customer demands and current capacity.
• Conduct accurate and timely movements in SAP when inventory is sent out of the facility.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• ERP System Experience (specifically SAP)
• Inventory & Sales Order Reconciliation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
