    Responsibilities:

    Conduct research and development of new materials to meet specific performance requirements.

    Perform materials characterization and testing using a variety of analytical techniques.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify material needs and develop solutions.

    Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations.

    Optimize material properties through formulation adjustments and process improvements.

    Troubleshoot and resolve material-related issues in a timely manner.

    Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

    Stay current with industry trends and advancements in materials science and engineering.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.

    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in materials engineering or a related field.

    Strong understanding of materials properties, characterization techniques, and testing methods.

    Experience Working In a Materials Laboratory Setting Is Required.

    Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
