    Collins Aerospace is looking for a Manager, Materials Planning & SIOP for our Brazonics team within Mission Systems.

    Brazonics, Inc. is a brazing, machining and engineering company based out of Hampton, New Hampshire. Brazonics specializes in dip and vacuum brazing combined with highly sophisticated chassis testing.

    Our distinct process goes beyond traditional capabilities to deliver durable and highly efficient thermal solutions to aerospace and commercial industries.

    This position provides the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow their manufacturing engineering career. The selected candidate will support the Thermal and Electronic Solutions team within Mission Systems and the individual will play a key role in the organization as they prepare for a facility relocation.

    This is an ONSITE position located in Hampton, NH but will be moving to Durham, NH in 2025.

    What You Will Do:

    • This role has shared responsibility in production scheduling, material releases, purchasing and OV vendor management
    • Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP
    • Participates in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of businesses resources and meet customer expectations for delivery
    • Supports the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand
    • Identifies appropriate demand streams and supports in establishing data relationship linkages
    • May work with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecasts
    • Supports in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations
    • May work with manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters
    • Participates in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliability
    • May be responsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement
    • Supports in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities
    • Participates in establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP

    Expectations of the role:

    • You will be leading a team of approximately 4 professional direct reports
    • You will grow the relationship between the customers and senior leadership

    Qualifications you must have:

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
