    Let's Meat is looking for Assistant Managers to help lead our team of professional, hardworking staff members. An upbeat and ‘can do' attitude is required!

    Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Assistant Managers are responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.

    • Servsafe Manager Certification (required)
    • Minimum of 1 years of leadership experience managing teams.
    • Experience with developing talent, coaching, performance conversations, and progressive discipline.
    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the quick service, hospitality, and customer care industry
    • Team-oriented
    • Friendly
    • Great Customer Service
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
    • Coach and develop Team Members. Give in-the-moment feedback and give them the tools to succeed.
    • Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
