Being a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor develops policies to guide technicians on processes, best practices, and safety protocols. Oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to identify wear and damages and evaluate equipment for replacement. Additionally, Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor selects, schedules, and coordinates vendors and outside service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance projects. YOUR SCHEDULE
This entry-level skilled trade position works the day shift, Monday through Friday. Our HVAC technicians typically work 8-10 hours.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or its equivalent would be preferred. Experience in our skilled trade would be a plus. An EPA Type II certification would also be beneficial.
