Responsibilities

• Maintain social media such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tiktok - for Octane Ink.
• Produce daily/weekly content – Pictures or Videos - to our Social Media Channels
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content based on current trends
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
• Graphic Design for Octane or even some customer based needs
• Print Production and or even Sales a possibility

Skills

• Proven work experience on Social Media - A Must
• Video Taking and Editing a Must
• Graphics Design, Video Editing, Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics a plus
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills

Some Travel and Weekends would be required

PAY: Based On Experience

Candidate would work in house here at Octane - Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with some overtime and/or weekend work.

Looking for a Candidate that is Hard Working, Focused, Go Getter, that is willing to grown with Octane Ink. We have a big presence in Motorsports related projects so allot of our content will be focused on that a love for Motorsports would be a plus!

Experience and Education:

• Office suite computer experience required
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, Video Editing Software
• Understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Experience in Graphic Design, Video Taking and Editing, Photography
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, lower and maneuver packages between 10 and 78 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and heights
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work some nights and some weekends based on our events
• Ability to travel with Octane Team to various events for several days at a time
