Media Coordinator is responsible for placing, confirming and monitoring media orders. May assist in research for the development of the media plan. Being a Media Coordinator is primarily an administrative role. May require a bachelor's/associate's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Media Coordinator has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Your Responsibilities
Receive, unbox, and document all incoming parts daily. Pack and ship parts and other equipment daily. Inventory and track all parts and equipment received and shipped. Data entry tasks. Maintain a clean working environment. Assist with special projects as needed. Ability to follow complex instructions through to completion, with minimal supervision. Ability to keep company information confidential. Must work in an efficient manner.
Physical Demands, Environment
Sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, lifting, speaking, hearing, reading, carrying a minimum of 50 lbs., multiple concurrent tasks, frequent interruptions, verbal and written communication, detailed work and confidentiality. Perform duties in a timely manner while unsupervised.
